Each payment covers one meeting session and is never renewed automatically. Cancel or reschedule for free up to the cancellation window shown at booking (24 hours by default). If the AI agent fails to join or the session does not take place, your session credit is not used: reschedule at no cost or request a full refund.
Subscriptions
The final policy must explain cancellation timing, access after cancellation, renewals, partial periods, and any non-refundable charges.
Local rights
Nothing in the final policy should limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in a user's jurisdiction.
